Lao PM leads celebrations of National Teachers’ Day
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith on Friday led education officials nationwide in celebrating the 25th National Teachers’ Day, which falls on October 7.
Speaking at a ceremony held at the National University of Laos’ Dongdok campus, Mr Thongloun, on behalf of the government, expressed congratulations and appreciation of the contribution made by teachers to develop the country’s human resources.
